The Institute accredits companies both large and small, which are making exceptional contributions to the transport industry, and this year recognised a huge variety of organisations across the different sectors, such as TOTAL, Volkswagen, Bott Limited, Gazeley and Gray Campling. Mr. Patrick Sheedy, Media and PR Director at the Institute, opened the ceremony with his congratulations to the award-winners and a short speech on the history of the ITM and its mission to encourage high standards throughout the transport industry, before introducing the esteemed guest speaker, Mr. Mike Owen, Head of Aftermarket at the Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMIF).
