By registering and agreeing to adhere to the terms and conditions your standard two year onsite warranty will be extended to the *service life of your printer or 5 years, whichever comes first.
* The service life of the printers are: 9035: 1m pages 9045: 1m pages 9050: 2m pages 8026: 600k pages 8124: 300k pages
Free labour and materials to repair the equipment during the service life of the printer or 5 years whichever comes first.
Travel expenses are included in the extended warranty charge providing the location of the equipment is within the UK Mainland or Eire.
The target response time to service a call is 3 business days. (Upgrade to next business day also available - see t&cs.)
During the warranty period the user is expected to change consumables and *maintenance parts at the specified intervals.
*The periodic maintenance does not require the use of tools such as a screwdriver. For those users in the lifetime warranty programme who do not want to get technically involved with the printer TallyGenicom offers a maintenance service visit, price on request.

All field service fault calls are analysed by our experienced engineers at the time the call is made or shortly afterwards. Our experience shows that many problems can be resolved over the telephone.
